This is the worst place I have ever lived, sitting on the lanai I was swarmed by termites!!! My A/C broke 3 days before rent was due, and the office staff refused to fix it until we paid our rent, 3 DAYS EARLY!!!! I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy, the remodels covered up all of the issue, it is a wolf in sheep's clothing!!

Just one question because I do not know. Do you have a past history of paying you rent late? I have seen that cause concern before.

We have had problems while living here and we have always paid out rent on time every month. It is not a late rent issue, it is a remodel issue (aka not a full remodel). Our AC breaks all of the time because the drainage pipe always gets clogged. But, at least it is usually fixed within a week. Our neighbors above us are REALLY noisy with two little boys banging on the kitchen tile until midnight every night.
