Pros:
cheaper priced
allows a wide variety of pets
one assigned parking spot, plenty of unassigned also
they're trying to renovate (key word "trying"..it's taking forever for new doors & windows)
maintenance is quick and very nice
new appliances
fairly quiet


Cons:
termite infestation-my biggest concern and they don't seem to be worried..strange
very dirty upon move in
weird smells all the time
random people park in assigned parking spot (all the time)
definitely located in the ghetto
extremely small closets
absolutely no storage space inside unit
small amount of kitchen storage
loud pipes and air conditioning (knocking in walls, etc.)
people in pool are loud and always parties out there
extremely small workout room & machines are old and rickety
offer car care center but you have to pay for vacuum :/

I agree, we have all of the same problems with living here. Except we have to pay alot monthly to keep the German Roach infestations at bay.
