When I originally moved here, everything looked really nice - so I wrote a nice comment about the place. Well, guess what... I was wrong - and completely agree with the other renters who commented on my post. I'm now editing my comment because I'm fed up with the noise, the drug addicts, the gun shots, the loud parties at night, the drunks running past my apartment at 3am yelling, the people hanging out washing their cars at 1am, constantly being concerned about locking everything up, and now no security at all - thanks to the new owners. Why would you purchase a complex, fire half the staff and get rid of the security? No common sense. Someone else mentioned about termites - yes, the buildings are INFESTED, and I hear that it's a serious problem all over Florida.

Ok wow!! What office staff member paid you to say all that?? Really? Let me ask you a question do you feel safe walking at night? Because you know darn well the neighborhood behind those apartments is crime riddled and there is a warning sign posted by the sheriffs department staing this is a weed and seed neighborhood. Its dangerous over there dont be fooled!

HAHA, Okay, Listen; Im from Jamaica;Queens in Ny. I lived here, and I feel safer walking around NYC alone rather than living there in Bradenton. Your right down the street from nasty, Durtbag, prostitution people, and its not a nice place for kids...Bradenton is bad...If you like the ghetto, This is nothing...NYC is a safer ghetto than this place...WHY? Because the police take things Seriously in NYC...GOOD LUCK!PALM TREES AND MAINTENANCE LANDSCAPING IS A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING!!!!

I have lived in this complex for over a year and since the corperate take over things have gotten much worse. There is no longer even the joke of a night watchman they used to have. There are people using the parking lot for drug deals at night. There are people hanging out in the parking lot until all hours of the night and parties and music all night long. If you are a partier this is a great place for you. If you have a family or want peace and quiet I would look elsewhere. I have a constant termite problem. There are people using the swimming pool and fitness center at night for a hangout to drink and do drugs. This location is about two blocks from a known drug area. I was told by a Manatee County Sheriff that I should get used too hearing gunshots at night. I would not recomend this place to anyone.
