Worst experience EVER!!!

I think one of my favorite things about living here at the Gates of HELL would have to be the decomposing cat body stuffed under the dumpster for 2 months. Its right up there with the pest problem... which is to be expected since pest control shows up "occassionaly." Oh, and hey, if you already live there, pull out a step stool and look on top of your cupboards for full roach traps like the ones I found upon moving out. My neighbors gather on the breezeway and smoke pot right out in the open... until sometime around 4am. So don't plan on sleeping without earplugs because that can get a little loud.
God forbid you ever have a maintanence problem. The guy that does the work is great, he is very nice and helpful... but whoever else works with him tracked tar right across the carpet (which I had to pay for.) We pay for the security of having these wonderful gates outside the apartment but they don't even work. How ghetto is that' People laughed at me when I said I lived here! The girls who show the apartments are nice, but the sneaky little manager won't even come out of his office if you have a problem. He'll send someone else to get the information because he is "too busy." No one would take the time to walk the apartment with me on move out, I just got a bill later... for no reason because the apartment was in good shape. Also, management could not relinquish receipts of their need to fix things that I was charged for, etc.
Basically, if you are thinking of living here, you are better off living in a cardboard box under a bridge. Try Venture apartments if you are looking for an affordable, spacious place with good management.
