I have only been at the Gates for a few months but so far so good. I and a single female and the gates help alot. I have never had a problem with the office staff and the Maintance personal are the best. When I put in a repair request it gets done in a reasonale amount of time. Of corse you will have some noise but it gets taken care of as soon as the office staff is told. I give the complex a good over all rating. Keep up the good work.

You're a single female and the gates help you feel protected? How? They never work! Not to mention there are only a handful of people living here who don't own their own set of mugshots. Either you are one of the drug dealers that calls this place "the den" or you are being paid by someone to write this. This place is a disgusting dump for the lowest of the low.

you are telling me that you went to the office and told them about the noise problem and they took care of it?? which building do you live in cause we will go over there. when we went to the office with complaint we were told that there was nothing that they could do about it and if we had a real problem them we should call the police. what about the loud "cars" steros and mufflers?? did they fix that as well cause they still are over by me. you must tell me who you talk to so that i can get the same response that you did, unless you are full of crap! which I think is the case.

Your NUTS! I lived here in 2003. I had my tires cut three times! Kids were runnig the halls all hours of the night. Maintance never fixed anything and the manager was a work of art. I had a convict living next door to me and the police were there looking for her everyday. Gunshots were going off in the night time and drugs everywhere! A dead cat was under the dumpster for over 2 weeks and trash was always in the walkways. I moved here because of a divorce and needed a place for my child and I. It looked safe and had a gate. To my surprise.. The gate never worked and we were never safe. I left the gates. My child had slept with me because she was so scared and it took awhile for my child to recover and feel safe again. I couldn't even have my child play outside. Whoever you are that said this place is nice.. (You have to work for the company)Slumlords!! You are 100% wrong in my opinion!

People! Don't you know that you can brake your lease if the place you live in unsafe and even noisy??
