These people have done nothing but raise our rent and not fix anything for us. We have had our water heater fixed 14 times in the past month, roaches crawling out of the electrical sockets, and cannot take a hot bath due to water pressure not being fixed either! Overall we have called numerous times and have not been called back once! Also the gates hardly ever work right... so dont think they will protect you from anything. The building next to ours has people doing drugs outside, yelling at you across the way, speeding their cars all around the lot screeching tires, and letting their kids run unsupervised all day long.
I have been in tears to management and they really dont care what we have to live in. I also recently had a baby and could not even shower or bathe my first 2 days home since the water heater wasnt working for the 3rd time that month and they could not figure it out for 2 days... HOW GROSS that I couldnt shower 2 days after giving birth! And when I told them at the office, they basically blew me off and said oh well! I wonder how they would like it!
