I have never written an apartment review but, after moving here, I did a little research.. I thought, there must have been some signs that moving here wasn't a great idea'!'! Well, there's this website for one! If I would have read the comments here, I probably would have done more investigating before moving in.. However, I did not. DO not be bamboozled by the nice landscaping or pretty flowers and signs near the front gate. The rest of the apartment complex is shitsville. Sure, there's nice bedrock landscaping near each apartment door but, most of them are filled with cigarette butts! It is very ghetto in here. Since I moved in (only a month ago) the police have been here twice (once for the neighbors in my building). There are huge roaches that come out at night to play. And, there is a big whole is the "gate" around the side of the complex.. You can find homeless people and other "suspect" looking characters coming in and out of the complex all the time! And, I don't know why they even have the front gate controlled by remote, it's left wide open for half the day..

Needless to say, I won't be renewing my lease here.
