MY family and I moved down from Omaha, NE in September of 2006 and the day we moved in some guy got busted robbing the Cracker Barrell that lived in the complex. I have lived in apartments since I was 12 years old and now I'm 27 in this is the worst place I have ever lived. The maintenace man couldn't even fix my dishwasher right, both of my bath tubs had rust around the drain and paint chips in the water. My master bath tub looked so dirty when we moved in that I scrubbed it and it wouldn't come clean. The carpet was coming apart. The breeze ways are so dirty you have clean feet when you go out there for 5 mins but when you come back in they are black. I called in about my guest bath toilet leaking and it took a month to get it fixed. There are so many blind spots in the parking lot, when go around the curves you can't see if there are kids or cars coming. In December of 2006 there was a shooting the mangement didn't even send anything out to let us know what happened. In one year of living there we had 3 Manager the first was a ----- and second was really great she tried to get thing done for you and the newest is a big ------- ----- she is so ------- rude. These people rob you of your money they don't give a ---- about you as a resident they only care about thenselves and getting their money. They only thing My family liked about the place is we had some great neighbors who became friends for life on our side of the building.
