I have moved a lot due to my job and therefore been able to live in many places. Apartment living often affords many complaints since you have to live in such close spaces with other people-- but of all the minor, even petty, complaints I've ahd about noise or parking in the past-- this place takes the cake.

Not only does it have the minor annoyances that come with the territory of apartment living, it has real problems that a good person who works hard shouldn't be faced with at their "home." They rent these apartments on subsidy to people who are convicted criminals and outpatient mental illness victims. There is open drug trafficking. Cars speed through the parking lots with NO care for the children playing out on the streets-- and the mothers need those kids for the welfare checks. It takes at least 9 months to replace them.

Seriously, no upstanding self-respecting person should rent here. The crime and the squallor are all there if you just look for it before renting. I wish I had gone and explored the actual complex instead of settling in on the mini-tour.
And did I mention that the lady in the office was completely rude to me as I was filliong out the application' It was a sign of things to come.

This place is hell with a monthly premium.

PS, I checked the button that says "no Laundry onsite" despite the fact that it has a laundry area... that is because you can't ever use the laundry area, its a loser hang-out and aparently requires membership for entrance.

The above quote from you is Sick and so NOT true! I'm sorry that you were so unhappy in your current situtaion that you had to come up with this, as there might have been issues in the past things seem to be under control. Good luck in your future position-KARMA is a b.........!

I too am quite offended by your remarks about mothers having kids for the welfare checks. I don't know where you've been the past 15 years, but those days are gone. I've also found that income does not always predict parenting ability.
