Don't waste your money or time, folks. Not only do we have a maintenance guy who will come to your apartment half drunk to look at your air conditioning, but he will also try to sleep with the tenants that are mentally handicapped. The tall guy came to the apartment across the hall from me after the pool party(what a joke!). The manager spent half the time smashed and letting her boobs hang out. Of course she does that every night at the pool. She even sits and drinks every night at the pool with one of her maintenance people. Of course, he's probably the maintenance manager, so he gets away with it. And let's not forget the wonderful "special needs" residents who spend their day sitting in the office. Do they get a rebate for letting in the 'tards' I heard the maintenance manager was fired the other day, but I still see him at the pool shmoozing with the Manager. Probably drinking themselves silly and thinking how great it is they actually don't have to do anything. Of, course our maintenance issues are getting fixed more quickly now, so I guess I shouldn't complain too much. The younger, dark-headed guy is really nice and does a good job, maybe they should make him head of the maintenance department and just let the other one stay drunk at the pool. He will anyway.

It's kind of funny what some people will say under the cloak of being "anonymous"...for someone who is so concerned about the property - the first thing that I thought about was...the manager must have rejected you - after all you talk about her boobs more than anything. As a long term resident I must defend the huge strides that current management staff members have made in order to turn our home around...does no one remember this place when it was Somerset? The more I read your response the more I realize that you seemingly "know" way too much to be just a resident...do I smell a disgruntled ex employee - maybe that incompetent maintenance supervisor you spoke about?

sounds to me like some of these responses are from employees too. I don't know about any of this, but the office staff are RUDE and SHADY and I only lasted 6 months here because it is a disgusting, horrible place. The reasons I have are much worse than seeing some old ladies boobs. I feel lucky that I made it out of here without being raped or killed and having a few things left that weren't stolen when I was robbed. This place should be condemned and anyone who works here should be in prison. You all make me freaking sick. And Karma, indeed... its coming for you.
