From Gold to Gunk

As an 8 year resident, I have seen this complex go from gold to gunk. Before there was beautiful landscaping and the quality of life there was appropriate. It has not allowed itself for much compliment in the past 4 years. The type of tenants that have been allowed to live there has brought the complex down. Every since the projects have been torn down they have flooded Manatee Woods with there slumliving habits. They are too lazy to take the trash out and trash just builds into mountains in front of the compactor. Management does not enforce the rules.
