WELL EVERYONE THAT READS THIS, I WROTE A REVIEW ON THIS PLACE IN JUNE, WELL I DIDNT EVEN LIVE THERE 6 MONTHS BECUASE THAT PLACE IS SO F***ING NASTY. NOTHING IN THE UNIT WAS EVER FIXED, SO WROTE A CERTIFIED LETTER TO THE OFFICE TO GET OUT OF MY LEASE. IF YOU LIVE THERE AND NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED IN OVER 3 MONTHS YOU CAN GET OUT OF YOUR LEASE LEGALLY, JUST STATE WHAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED, AND GIVE THEM 15 DAYS YOU KNOW THEY WONT COME FIX ANYTHING ANYWAYS, THEN AFTER THE 15 DAYS YOU CAN LEAVE WITHOUT ANY OBLIGATION TO PAY THEM RENT. PLEASE PEOPLE DONT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE DRUG ROACHES, AND STAFF THAT DONT GIVE A ---- ABOUT THERE TENANTS.
