i have lived at Bay West for three years now.
In the past three years I have seen nothing but improvements to the property. Bay West has one of the largest 3bedroom floor plans in the area. Maintenance will go out of their way to help you. If you are driving by or out walking the property and maintenance or a staff memebers sees you they always smile and say hi. The girls in the office will always make you smile. They always seem to be enjoying their jobs. I would recommend moving to Bay West for the space and for the welcome.
