The apartment landscaping is bearable anything else is NOT! It is DRUG infested and litter ridden with criminals. Apartments are atrocious. There is no hot water, mold grows everywhere, walls are paper thin. Repairs are not handled in a timely manner and were done by "HANDYMEN". In at least one instance more than 10 people were living in one apartment where only 3 were of legal age and the rest were minors. These apartments are not fit for ANYONE!

I'd have to agree, I'm sure there are better places to rent from. By the way, if KMF Marina Palms LLC is reading this, fix my A/C already!!! You've got a few days grace before I break this lease. (You know who I am)

Did any of you tour this property or the apartments prior to leasing. If it is that bad I would think you would know right when you walked onto the property....if not make sure you do it next time.
