I've lived here for 2 years and my experience has been pretty good. The new owners have put in a lot of money to fix the place up. The apartments are very large and I have a fiend that lives in another complex in the area that is much smaller and doesn't have as much new stuff and he pays a lot more than I do.
I've had to have a couple of things fixed and the office people were nice and the guys came the same day, so I don't know what everyone is griping about.
