We have lived here for 9 months. It has transfered ownership twice. Both times they have made upgrades to the landscape. If moving here, I would make sure from the rep that it's not converting to condo sale as many in the area have done so lately giving renters a choice to "buy". Never had a problem parking. Great management here. We have had complaints and we have not had a problem with any complant being corrected for. When walking near other buildings early mornings or late nights I do hear music and noise seldomly. Management has always acted promptly to the few complaints or violations of rules that we have brought to their attention in our own complex. Overall its a great place to rent unless you have to drive to Sarasota to work. Those old people can't drive for shxx. It's like bumper cars south of Bradenton. REALLY, PAY ATTENTION, DRIVE DEFENSIVLY!!!

I agree. Treat managment (or anyone eles in this world) with respect & you'll get the same in return.
