If you like smoke filled apartments - this is your place

They don't maintain their grounds properly (leave condoms laying around on the ground for over a month after reporting it), people have sex right outside your bedroom window, if people smoke above you your apartment smells like smoke (or whatever else they may do), playground is broken down, and the pool had to be shut down due to causing bacterial infection to swimmer. They leave your carpet wet for months when it is due to their a/c breaking and leaking all over the floor (and they said they would clean the carpets 3 times, never did). This is not a safe place to live or to raise a child.
