I honestly think this is one of the most ghetto disgusting places to live at for the price range they charge. when we first moved in, we were paying 640 for 2 bed/2bath which wasnt bad. then they bumped it up to 740, and next month we go up to 850-880... all within 2 years. The prices isnt horrible compared to other apts. The only thing is you do not get what you pay for. Pest control suck - if they ever even come, they spray the kitchen only.. and we still have horrible ant problems. Maintance guys are very friendly, but it takes at least 2-3days for thm to get to you, even if they get to you at all. We have water stains from the above apt which we have reported many times. Our ac leaks all over the hallway and makes 2 square ft puddles. has been fixed @ least 4 times since i lived here. Also, our AC is from 1984 if that says anything... Also, contributes to making our electric bill @ leats 200/month. Both neighbors BLAST their music at full blast and full bass. It literally SHAKES our walls. And this goes on anywhere from 6am to 1am. Management takes at LEAST 4 calls for them to do something about it. Also, we can hear almost every step the above neighbors take. Parking is horrible. there is about 3 abandoned cars SITTING in our section of the parking lot. they have been there at least 6 months. I do admit though, the grounds keeping has much improved. the only problem i have is tyhe trash compactor. it specifically says NO FURNITURE, but people dont car. they put couches in front and that leads to people not throwing their trash away... it will just pile up. I have seen piles 3ft high out past the compactor for 4ft. its disgusting. I see the maintance guys moving all the trash at least every other day, which is great but sucks for them. The layout of the buildings is just confusing. they arent really in any defined, specific order for the most part. i deliver pizzas part time, and i have trouble finding addresses in my OWN complex. I constantly see shady people. i have never been bothered, but there is definatly a lot of drug dealing going on here. The office girls are nice for the most part. i havent had much trouble with them except of their forgetfulness. I can not wait to move. The quality of living here is horrible for what they charge for rent. The place has potential, if they upgraded alot.

If there are abandoned vehicles you can call the county code enforcement and they will come out and tag them and if not taken care of in 10 days they will tow them off at owners expense in Bradenton/Manatee County per the ordnance

The reason your rent has bumped up so much is because the apartment complex was not at market. When properties sell rents automatically get bumped up, just the name of the game. Sucks for tenants.
