great new management

I am very happy that the new management company took over. they have cleaned out a lot of the rif raf and bad tenants that were let into this property. i can not only see the improvement of the tenants, but the property is cleaner and better maintained, and I also heard they were going to renovate the property. Also when I have a maintenance request it gets worked on within 24 hours, unlike before with theold manager that it would take three weeks. My neighbors are all saying the same thing. i am glad this management company took over because this is such a nice property, next to the water and in a great location.
