They call these apartments "generously oversized." I think not! This is about 900 square feet- how is that oversized'' My dated bathroom is so small I could literally sit on the toilet and wash my hands at the same time! My little throw rug covers the entire floor! The vinyl floor is coming up. The carpet was worn when I moved in. The cheap closet doors always come off the tracks, but the other closet right across from it have different doors that work just fine (even though they gave me 2 left doors). The speed bumps are terrible! The only landscaping they did was at the front of the property and near the leasing office. All we get near the apartments are pits of dirt and weeds, a scattering of old wood chips, and the ever-present cigarette butts. When they changed owners, I was optimistic. They evicted a lot of shady people and made a lot of improvements such as a new playground and fixed up the pools. However, the interiors of the apartments got no upgrades, but they did redo the kitchen in 2006. It seems that once they realized that they were not attracting the upscale residents they'd hoped for, the improvements stopped. There also seems to be a lot of turnover in the leasing office. There are a lot of rowdy teens around here and the newer residents look like the scumbags they'd evicted. The dumpster area is disgusting! There are about 50 shopping carts near it and tons of discarded furniture that never seems to go away. There is also no recycling! Finally, I was just at their website- cieloatbradentonjmg.com= and the rent listed for my apartment is about 150 less than what I'm paying! I'm furious!!! Notice that they show no pictures of the inside of the apartments. That's for a reason. Fitness area not well maintained, laundry facilities are filthy and full of roaches. You have to use a Mac Gray card, which is fine except they moved it to the leasing office after people kept trying to break into it. Now if you need to put money on the card, you better remember to do it during office hours or you're out of luck.
The office staff sucks. I went in on a weekend to complain about the neighbor's loud music (so bad I could hear it with my windows shut and a/c on) and she cut me off to ask if I was making a complaint, then told me they didn't accept complaints on weekends and they had to be in writing. Next time I had a noise complaint I just called the cops. I didn't want to do that since I shouldn't have to use the cops to take care of something that management should be doing, but I had no choice. They also really need security patrols. Last weekend a car was stolen right in front of a resident. When the cops finally came, they said they're here just about every week, and it's the same few people. The noise levels here are getting worse. I have to listen to people cussing loudly outside my apartment, which is not cool when I have a small child. Despite their lame attempts at getting people to pick up after their dogs (flyers posted on your door), there is still dog crap everywhere. I've been looking at the same pile of poop by my apartment for weeks. Maintenence often requires multiple trips to fix the same issue, if they come at all. I asked for the same problem to be fixed 4 times within a month and they never came.

Spot on Accurate Candyo77. All around leasing office and in leasing office look like 5 Star resort. You move in and it is a dump. Nothing works, everything broken. Property Managment company tells you to deal with your problem or you fix it yourself. There are still drug dealers on site. Why do youthink that girl over-dosed in December.
