They charge market rents (pretty high) and deliver an absolute dump. Outdated unit, everything broken. Dont have enough maintenance workers. Trash all over. Dirty swimming pools. High crime, car breakins, drugs, gangs, prostitutes. So much noise, kids running around, management ignores stupid people putting boom boxes in there windows and playing loud music outside.
This place is the worst in Bradenton. They charge now like $1000 a month. I would not even pay $300. Management are slum landlords. Management is not responsive and lies to your face and then disappears.
