This is the 6th management company since i moved in.They have a revolving door i think.The new office staff took over right before the new year.The new manager is Patty and seems nice and seems to care about the property and the needs of her residents.The new assistant manager is Taylor and could care less.I have spoken with her many times and she seems to look down her nose at everyone.I have been in the office when she shuts her door and yells and screams and cusses into her telephone.I have not yet met the new leasing agent so i cannot comment on her.The maintenance staf is doing good when you consider that the apartments have been left to rot for many years before the last group came in last year.The office area looks great as does the volleyball area and playground.The entry ways into the apartments themselves could use some of the money they spent in the office area.
