This complex is brand new. The apartments are beautiful and spacious with many different floor layouts. However, they advertise 24 hour access to the gym, computer room and a pool that is open for its residents. That is not the case. The gym, computer room and pool are only open while the office is open and has shortened its hours on Sundays to that of only 1 -4. Most people would like access to these amenties during hours when they are not working. For the most part the office staff is extremely courteous.

This post is being kind to the community. The manager of the property is rude and arrogant. Upper management has no concerns for the tennants which could be why they are having trouble leasing the apartments. They falsely advertise all sorts of community ammenties but there are none for the working class residents.

I'm sorry anonymous feels "upper management" has no concerns for the tennants. I am the owner of this property and I can tell you Ownership does care. Look at the investment in facilities for Affordable Housing. Find me another property with our rents that provides residents to a 14' HDTV theater, fully equipped gym and computer lab with three computer workstations and a printer. Access to the ammenitities is restricted time wise, but they will be accessable 24 hours when the security system is fully operational. AS of today the property is less than half occupied, but it will get done. We're very proud of what we've built and feel it sets a new standard for rent controlled properties in our market. I do not feel that this person is being fair to the apartment community. They really have the nicest amenities of any complex that I have ever lived in. The manager has always been very nice and professional to me. Maybe this person has a problem wherever they may go....
