I resided at this apartment complex for the period of one year. I have never been so poorly treated by a company ever, let alone one that I was paying over $1200 per month too. One would think that money like that buys you peace of mind that you will be well looked after if you have any problems. I assure you this is not the case. I had countless problems that I freely admit were minor inconveniences, or should have been. The management at this company has only one care, your money. They have no concept of courtesy, communication of information, or knowledge of how to solve the most minor problems. If the ----- is in the details, this property does indeed fall within Hell's zip code. If I were you, I would not waste my time, money, or patience dealing with Royal Palm's incompetence.

I first wrote a review of Royal Palms in November and time has done nothing but strengthen my appreciation for this apartment complex. I could not disagree more with the negative review. My husband and I also pay $1200 a month in rent and have found the staff to be very courteous, understanding and helpful. Everyone we have met has been friendly, even the little children. We are very happy and hope to be here a long while.
