This has to be the worst place to live in Bradenton. The property manager is about as friendly as a criminal in jail doing time for some horrific crime. The grounds are not kept. There are always people hanging around in the parking lot and in the breezeways drinking and carrying on to all hours of the night. The sheriff's department is there almost on a weekly basis pounding down someones door. They claim to have 24 hour access to their gym and computer room. Its been well over a year since residents first moved in and they still do not have access after hours. The staff while some are caring and do try, cannot get even the most minor problems corrected. The rent is very high for living in these conditions. There are much nicer places to live in Bradenton for the same rent. I left before my lease was up because this was just not a place for anyone who wanted some peace of mind or feel secure. I would not recommend Royal Palm to anyone as a pleasant place to live. If you do consider it, go through the grounds after dark so you get the full effect of what you may move into.
