This apartment complex is dreadful. None of the amenities are ever reliably available (Cable, Internet, Pool, Weightlifting Room, Staff). I have lived all over this country and in others as well, and I can honestly tell you that you will be frustrated on a regular basis. Also, and maybe more importantly, I did not feel safe living here. At night you will notice groups of young adults congregating in stair wells drinking, playing loud music full of bass and what have you. This is evidenced by the cigarette butts and broken beer bottles often outside the doors. The exterior of my apartment fell victim too vandalism during Halloween, and I purposefully left it there so the maintenance people would see it, they did nothing and I had to clean it up myself. If this isnt enough to dissuade you, then you can join the rabble that already dominates the landscape at this poorly run and rapidly downgrading complex. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

Wow, I am glad I found what you wrote! My husband, myself and our 4 year old daughter are moving from Maine to Florida, and we were going to rent at the RPT, but now, we are all set! Would you happen to know any communities in that area that are family orientated, and accept a small 10 pound pug! Please let me know! Thanks so much
