We have lived here for the last year and a half and although the rent is a little high compared to other places, I do love the apartments! I've had a one bedroom and a two bedroom for my child and I. As for the staff as some has suggested, I have found them to be quite pleasant and very accomodating and very nice. The utilities make no sense. I had the lady at Bright house tell me I was being over charged for a bulk rate plan and the internet is horrendous! Absolutely awful!! I tried to adjust for the days that my internet did not work and I was only allotted 2 of my 15 days because they claimed it was working the rest of the time, but it was not. So I do agree with that. When I first moved it was nice and quiet but now some of the people in the neighborhood have become a little suspicious. I have kids cursing outside my window and there are always people hanging around at dark drinking and have now started to find busted beer bottles around. So for those reasons I am not going to recommend this. If they could fix those problems the ones with people hanging around the breezeways and stuff then I would but for now I am not going to recommend.
