The look from the outside is great and the sales pitch is great! But once you move in is when the problems start. Loud neighbors! thin walls, and the neighbors are less than desirable. All these rules and restrictions and no one to enforce them. The rent was raised within six months of move in. Trash is always a problem. The maintence team is awesome!!
