The staff at sabal cove are very nice and the maintenance men are more than helpful. The grounds are kept beautiful. I feel sorry sometimes for the maintenance men when I see them picking up behind residents and their guest who don't care and just throw their trash on the ground. The clubhouse is always neat and clean and the girls are always smiling and joking which makes me feel welcome. I will never forget the bright smile on the manager face and warmth in her voice when she said welcome home and if there is anything we can do for you to help make your stay here with us nice, please do not hesitate to tell us. I was looking for 4 months for and apartment for me and my children and was in and out of a lot of apartment offices and came across office personnel that made me feel as though I was a bother to them but soon as I came to Sabal Cove I felt the warmth from the first step into the office. The office staff at Sabal Cove made me feel like this is where I wanted to be.

You must have your wool pulled down over your eyes!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I bet if you were to go to this so-called warm office now, you won't get that same, fictional warm-fuzzy you called customer service! You are definitely drinking from the wrong cup on this one!!!! SABAL COVE SUCKS!!!! I WOULDN'T LET MY WORST ENEMY LIVE AT THIS DUMP!!!!! And I guess you are ok with all of the piles of trash that pile up at the one and only dumpster this place has too????!!!! So you would let you children play in a place that doesn't clean its so-called community pool and lets its trash pour over outside the dumpster???? Maybe you should take parenting classes!!!!!

I'm so agree with the above response!!! omg r u serious??? warm feeling ??? where ? wt the hell? I have been living in there for 3 yrs now. n I have none of that warm feeling at all. they used to have a really responsible manager called Cathy n she is the only one that who I can recall ' Nice" . but now? people in there r so unhelpful, not professional at all. They never come back to work on-time, everytime when I stopped by the office there always no one in there. n They will tell u is ur fault to lost ur package ( even though i got a note from the post office said they left it in the apt office), n never tell u they left the package behind one of the office door after a week, n still give u that rudeness face tell u just get it n go.Right so nice!!! I have enough for all that ---- .
