We fell for the sales pitch, great looks' Not, wait till you move in. Someone stole my kids bike, roaches everywhere, leaky pipes, mold everywhere (inside and out), one dumpster which is always full and is outside the gates of the complex (gross), management is nice till you have a problem.

Please reconsider when looking at cheaper rents. You get much, much less than what you pay for unless you like paying high prices for the slums.

The only upside is the rental office manager Jackie. She is always nice.

I totally agree! I just moved into here 2 weeks ago and my apartment was filty!!!! Very nasty! It was not cleaned at all. Apartment problems from day one...a/c, my water pressure, leaky pipes!!!!

If the apartment was filthy why did you choose the stay. You have to option not to leave.
