Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2009
I have been living here for almost two years and the complete place feels like a brooklin neirbooh.
there is frugs, noise, speeding cars, gangs, garbage etc.
Because it is a low income housing that when you get bad people.
i have problems with thugs and gangs sitting outside my apartment 10 or 20 and making noise, smoking and getting everthing dirty.
the manager sucks she does not do anything to solve the issues going in the complex.
please for your family do not rent here, pay and extra 150 more and you will leave in peace.
Also there is a sacm with the cable, if you want it, you need to pay $ 50 to the complex, apart from 80 to bright house for your boxes and internet.
