I have read all the reviews of Sabal Cove and it seems as though all the cry babies and people who don't get there way live here. All I read is complaints about this place. All is not bad at Sabal Cove, they had some good points, I think all the gripe are from people who did not like being told when they are doing something wrong like paying the rent late and having to pay the late fee or putting your trash bags outside the front door and being fined for it and notes on your door of your loud music and your unruly quest, how nasty that you would trash the place where you live. The staff had a meeting to get a resident association started for the community to try to come up with a plan to make the place where you live better and NO ONE SHOWED UP. Alot of difference you are making by bad mouthing the place. You lazy bums who did not care of were they live (Sabal Cove) shut the hell up and get out. No matter where you go you will not be happy and will always have something on the negative end to say. Try being a part of the solution and not part of the problem.

I am one of the people that posted a negative review. I have not paid my rent late, I have had no complaints against me. I have had a horrible experience living here. They must not have had this community meeting while i've been here because i have heard of it!!! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! I bet you work here and that's why you don't like all the bad talk about how crappy of a job you're doing!!!

Try taking off your caps it only means you're screaming & for that noise they'll put a note on your door too. And as far as being part of the solution not the problem 'very old statement' & over used but since you made it what side of the fence are you on ? Sounds like you're part of management otherwise how would you know that no one attended that resident meeting ? And why would an apartment complex need a 'resident association' to make the place a better place to live ? If it were being run properly by the management isn't that what they are being paid for ? I'll follow your easy way out and post anonymously..

I agree! Why do they need a resident association? They cant even get office staff....that stays longer than a year. It seems that when they do get someone that is committed to making this place better........that person leaves. I wonder why? Maybe the bad apple residents that are here is becoming the majority because the management is crap and they cant get it together! The staff are rude, lazy, unorganized, dishonest and very unproffessional. Soon to be former tenant........and my rent is always paid ...AND they know it!!!!!
