| 04/09/2013 | We originally moved into this complex because we needed an inexpensive rent very quickly. We chose Sabal Cove because it advertised reasonable rental rates, but the quoted rate was NOT what we ended up paying per month. This place likes to "nickel and dime" their residents to death. Things that most other apartments I've lived in usually cover, like water, sewer and garbage are not included in rent. If you want cable television, you can only have Bright House, and they offer it at a "discounted" rate for just the basic ($60 a month!!) cable with no box. If you ...
