I lived here about 5 years ago and it was horrible. I dont know if it has changed any but when I moved in I moved out 2 months later. The first day I moved in the movers were moving my furniture and the A/C went out it was in the middle of summer and it was so hot. I called the office and they didnt get the air fixed until a month later. I actually had to leave the apt and stay at a hotel because it was too hot to live with no A/C. Then when they did fix it, it would shake all the time and it would actually vibrate the walls. I know sounds crazy but its true. This place was also infested with bugs. I had ants crawling up the walls and roaches everywhere. Not to mention also the same day I moved in the toilet wouldnt work. I had only one bathroom. I called the office about that too and she told me that I could use the office toilet. I told her that I didnt rent an apt so I could use the office toilet and she called me a JAP. This was the manager and I cant remember her name. I hope she isnt there anymore because she was a real witch. I ended up getting out of my lease because of the a/c and when you live in Fl. The law states that the a/c has to be in working condition because it gets so hot so the complex breached the contract and I was able to get out of it by writing them a letter. When the manager read the letter she told me to go and she said to me " Dont let the door kick you in the ass on the way out" She was just horrible. Also the parking is really bad there is never any place to park and the lot is really dark you cant see anything at night. Not to mention drug's everywhere. So like I said this was 5 years ago so who knows if it got better but this is what happened when I lived there.

Florida law doesn't let you out of a lease because the air doesn't work, only if heat doesn't work. They just wanted to get rid of you so they let you out of the lease!
