We lived here in 1998 for one year and were in the process of building our first home. One month before our lease was up, my husband?s $19,000 sport motorcycle was stolen through the night. We put posters on all of the balcony entrances and management told us not to advertise such an incident and to take them all down or else they would. They wanted it hush hush. As others said it is messy, poor security obviously, and noisy. We always heard foul mouth children while sitting out on our porch. Some friends of ours lived in here after us 1999-2000, and their upstairs neighbors were loud, so they went up to tell them to please be quiet, and the couple beat up the girl, and when she never came back down, he went up, and they proceeded to beat him up too! Put both of them in the hospital. they never recieved anyting out of monetarily. These are very nice and decent people. I would rate these apartments as trashy and unsafe. You can find better. We have never lived in any apartment that there was so much vandalism and poor management. The girls that were there at the time we lived there seemed like they were always up there socializing and that?s it. Oh, there was also a domestic dispute while we were there and the guy shot the girl!!! I read on one of the other reviews that their cars were broken into also. I am just now posting because our friends are apartment hunting and i am helping them and found this website. I wish i found it sooner to help those who are looking for it before they move into such a place. Run, look elsewhere!

P.S. i know it has been a while,but from other reviews it seems to be worse.
