Save your money and look elsewhere if you expect a clean, safe environment with friendly people. I moved in initially because it was in my price range and an area that was close to my boyfriend. From the beginning I have had problems with roaches and appliances that barely work. Not to mention the AWFUL service at the office. I had my purse stolen last year which included my license and keys, and the perps broke into my apt. while the office had "forgotten" to change my lock. To add further insult the girl at the desk informed me that I would have to pay $25 for the lock. I fought that and won. And now, the same loser at the front desk informed me to come back another day to sign my new lease, and since I didn't make it back before the 1st, I am being charged an additional $140. They can stick that too. Unfortunatly I will be in this hell hole until my new condo is built in Sarasota in the next year and a half.

There is almost no light in the parking lot, making me feel VERY uncomfortable as a single woman walking to my apt. at night. Maintenance workers look like they have just been let out of the pen, grounds are disgusting. Lots of kids playing in parking lot with no supervision and unsavory characters hanging out.
