Bradenton has many other apartment complexes that are much nicer than this! My brother-in-law stayed here for a year. His rent was suppose to be discounted but somehow, they would always find ways to charge him for something. His rent would be much more than the original rate. They NEVER fixed his concerns, i.e. his toilet. It was always clogged up. His entrance door jam is missing and they NEVER fixed it. One time, he wrote a check for his rent and they gave it back to him one week later stating that the bank did not accept it because his signature looked suspicious. The bank denied this. There were no markings on the check stating this either. Not only did he have to pay late fee, he also had to pay for a "returned" check. I really wish he would sue this place but he is not letting it bother him. I hope this place will be bankrupt again!

I recently went to Sawgrass Cove to apply for an apartment based on the pictures they show on the internet. I have never been so disappointed. This place is a dump. Dirty stairs and railing, trash piled by front doors. Then on the inside, roaches (dead and alive), old fridge, old stove, torn porch screen. Just plain awful.
