Overcharging management and maintenance

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
When you move out they put in bogus charges on your deposit - such as 5 bags of trash removed, left behind furniture - replacement of ceiling fans and window screens when all of these things are not damaged or were not there when you vacated. There also was a problem with crime within the complex. One young lady was robbed at knife point at her door step at 8:00am in the morning, he forced her into the apartment, thank god he only took her purse!
