We have had shootings, broken sprinkler problems, bugs!!!! because they won?t trim the trees away from the building, a man walking around masturbating and looking in the windows, loitering, littering, broken bottles in the pet area, auto vandalism, parking lot speeders, children unattended in the parking lot, no response from the office when we call and lots of mistakes on our paperwork (it had to be redone three times), all the appliances/ac unit/water heater/ice maker, dishwasher etc. broke down and had to be replaced, electrical problems, the shower leaks onto the floor, had roof leaks through the ceiling, rent increase despite all the above issues, rotting staircase for two years, continual rent specials because of low occupancy that bring in low class uncaring neighbors and the list goes on....!!! Do not rent here. We signed on another year hoping new management would clear up the problems but this never happened. They still tell you how great they are and take your money but will not do everything necessary to keep the tenant safe or happy.

maybe theres bugs bc you don't clean. unattended children is not anyone elses responsibility but the parents. if a property does not change their prices how will a business ever get better. there are tons of cops who live here as far as the buildings looking bad it all depends on the person who keeps it well. if you live somewhere you may want to help keep the place clean as well.
