Not that there really is anywhere else to go in this area and boy Equity really capatilizes on that fact. Funny how reviews from different Equity Apartments echo the same sentiment. These used to be nicer apartments and over the time I have lived here they have gone downhill in care and way uphill in price. Sprinklers broken, which is funny because our area is so dry right now, trash all over the place, a dumpster that overflows on a weekly basis, maintenance staff stretched so thin that it takes months to get anything fixed, and then the leasing office won't make good on the maintenance promise. You're better off finding a private landlord in this area or staying out of the area in general.
