I have lived at this community for the last three years, and in the last year, the quality has plummeted, and the cost has skyrocketed.

The A/C units are old, and the complex refuses to fix or replace them, thus they draw more power than they should. At 80 degrees on auto, my electric bill is $200 and over.

The ceiling has leaks because the complex is waiting to fix the roofs until after hurricane season. They will not even patch the leak on the roof.

The complex has also turned "ghetto", with loud music and police cars going through the complex all night. Vehicles get broken in to, and have their windows smashed. Residents light fires to the stairwells as well. Residents also let their aggressive dogs run loose, so watch out for your children.

Parking has never been much of a problem, so that is a benefit.

I would not advise living here. The cost of living at this complex is what one would expect from a luxury condo, not shabby apartments.

theres cops driving by bc cops live here. your bill is high bc depending on how much sun is hiting the apartment and fpl's rates went up bc of the gas prices. also this is the only complex renting apartments of course prices will be high if everything else is condos around here.
