Awful. Don't waste your time

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007
I lived at Sawgrass for the past 4 years and FINALLY was able to leave. Too many problems to write about, so I'll just list them:
*Cockroaches and LOTS of them
*A/C unit that was supposed to be REPLACED 4 YEARS ago and never was. Cost me well over $100 a month in electric because of it on a 612 sq.ft apt.
*Awful parking - if you get home later then 5 pm, plan on parking FAR away
*DIMLY lit exterior, coupled with the unseemly neighbors, does not feel safe at all
*AWFUL office staff - I think there have been 4 or 5 property managers in 4 years and countless "leasing agents"
*Black Mold - yes, the deadly stuff. Happened due to leaks in roof during hurricane season 2 YEARS ago when the roof was not repaired
*Garbage on the lawns daily...
*staircases that are dilapidated and landings that are falling apart.
*etc...etc...etc...totally GHETTO. The entire reason I will never live in Bradenton or Manatee again!
