My husband and I were excited moving in here because of where it's located and the apartments looked nice. Well, what a mistake we made!!!! We have been here for 8 months now and every since we moved here there has been nothing but problems. The toilet, sinks, ice maker, AC unit, dishwasher, disposal, and the phone jacks have all had problems. Everytime we call for maintenance they either never show up cause the staff never put a work order in or they take forever. One day our AC broke and we told them about it before the office closed cause it was 90 degrees in the apartment and they promised to be there that same day and they never showed up. When they finally did they tried to blame my husband for it being broken when my husband never even touched the thing. Another time a maintenance worker came in to "fix" the toilet while we weren't home and he stole stuff out of our bedroom. We came home while he was there and as soon as we opened the door he grabbed his stuff and left without saying anything. We told the staff in the office what happened and they did nothing about it. There are roaches, ants, and spiders everywhere. The sprinklers don't work properly. The stair wells are poorly built and falling apart. Our neighbor fell down them while she was pregnant and she complained and they did nothing to fix them. There's nails sticking out every where. The walls are paper thin, the pool is nasty, it looks like it has never been cleaned. The pool is not safe at all, you can hardly see at night because the lights are very dim and there are lots of hiding places for intruders. There is hardly any lighting throughout the whole complex and it's very unsafe for anyone to walk around at anytime of the day. There is a lot of crime and the staff don't do nothing about it. There are people peeking in windows. The office staff is so horrible, they don't ever keep their promises, they lie and do anything to get you to rent here, if they are wrong they never admit it and blame it on you, when a crime happens they act like it's no big deal and tell you not to worry, and they are so rude and don't care about the tennants. There are people who don't live here that come here all the time to use the pool to have parties at and they watch everyone while they are swimming and it always feels like they are going to try to do something. There is mold everywhere in the apartment and instead of maintenance fixing the things that are important they do stupid things like put in a new playground. A lot of the stairs are falling apart and are very dangerous and they promised to fix them but they never have and wont untill they absolutly have to. Stay clear of this place, live some where better. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
