We feel very comfortable at the Springs and would recommend it to anyone!We were aprehensive about moving in, the rent is not the least expensive and they did not run any specials. However, Kim gave us great service and helped us understand why. They were completely full when we looked, they did not even have a model! They had a very long waiting list and it looked doubtful that anything was going to open. In spite of those hurdles, Kim took her time and gave us a very informative tour of the clubhouse and property. We were so sold on Springs that we found temporary housing until an apt. opened up and we leased before even seeing an apartment! When we got the call we immediately accepted and we are so happy with the decision that we made. The entire staff has made life very pleasant. So far, in three months, they have had two large community functions and they go the extra mile. I mean, come on, they stock auto cleaning supplies in the clubhouse for you to use when washing your car, who else does that' They give away pool essentials, food, soda etc. It almost feels like the office is your home also! There is always a wave and kind smile from staff and the residents that I have met feel the same way that I do. Until I am ready to buy a house, I will definately stay here, you should to. Get on that waiting list, you won't regret it!
