If you move into the Springs make sure you live on the top floor. Tenants on the bottom watch out and buy some ear plugs, very noisy. Staff has no clue on how to handle problems. Yes they are animal friendly, they allow dogs to bark at any time of day and night. Things break all the time. Yes they will fix it over and over and over and over and over. The apartments are small the rent is high and the pool, what a joke, it is always dirty. You ahve to ask them to clean it. My advice, don't move into the SPRINGS OF BRADEN RIVER. We have never been so unhappy living somewhere. Looking forward to my lease being up.
