I love it here so far.
I am relatively new here, but so far.
maintenance is nice and comes immediately.
The office staff is easy going.
The landscape is well maintained and clean.
It is quiet here too!I walk the dog at all hours and
I haven't seen anyone scary or weird.
It is like a little townhouse atmosphere.At first
I wasn't crazy about the "no assigned parking"
but now it's cool, because it adds to the character.
sort of like a little townhouse in the city which I think is very cute.
I like the colors and the preserve,and I like that they are not
all boxy and cookie cutter looking.
I also love the preserve and the dog park:)
I would recommend this place to a person/friend
who actually cares about their surroundings(landscape,cleanliness,etc)
