My daughter (3 years old) and I lived here for 10 months and I was more than happy to break my lease. First off the AC broke once and the dishwasher broke 3 times. The lights on the fan, yes I changed the bulbs, didn't work and there were frequently roaches in my apartment. But worse of all was the family that lived below us and the dog that lived in the apartment next to us. Below us the couples fighting was horrible. On more than one occasion my daughter started crying because she thought the man downstairs was yelling at her. When the adults fought, sometimes at 2 or 3 in the morning, it would wake me up. The police were called to their apartment on at least 3 occasions and things never got better. The dog next door would start barking whenever it was left alone in the morning (6am) and wouldn't stop. Whenever I contacted the staff at the Springs their response was that they would take care of it. WHAT A JOKE!!! The Springs office staff never did anything to remedy either situation. What a relief to be gone from there!
