I lived here for one year.
At the time it was fine, but after a few months of observing,I wanted to leave.
These apartments are not horrible, but they are really strange in their floor plans.
Alot of my furniture,in fact, did not fit,as mentioned in the previous reviews.
The walls are painfully thin.
The workmanship is sort of sloppy and cheap.
I didn't have ceiling fans in the rooms, and the light switches were not wired to the lights(that was annoying)
The bedrooms are VERY small. My bed barely fit and my nightstands squeezed in,but the dresser did not.
The clubhouse is nice, and although I never had problems with the management, they were not really all that friendly, but they really never gave me problems.
The neighbohood changed alot too during my time there.
One of the reasons I didn't renew was because I saw alot of people loitering, fixing cars in garages, and "hanging out".
It got loud at times as my living room and bedroom were built over two garages.
If I had decided to stay I would've probably left the garage unless it was a single unit one. I have a lab and it was quite disappointing to see the actual "dog park"
it was a dirt hole,no grass, broken volleyball net,and just a dirt track, not a "park" by any means.whether they have fixed it since I left, I don't know.
The community parties were a nice idea, though.
It seems that they just kind of hap hazardly put this place together.
The trash compacter is right in front of one of the buildings!
So, I would come out every morning and see furniture thrown out there!
Shouldn't the compactor be hidden away 'in the back somewhere'or hidden away from people's homes'The "car" center is a joke too! There was never a spray gun.
Another disturbing thing was that the property is gated in the front, but completely open in the back and shared with a co-op property right next to it.
Alot of kids go through that "park" and cause trouble,it just makes the property seem not so nice and "safe"
There have been some problems there with break ins(they arrested people from the complex next door) and a guy who was wanted was living there, and I was walking my dog when they(SWAT) raided the apartment!
It just wasn't what I thought it would be.It's a little loud,a little cheap, and expensive for what it is.
They are "all right" but I would not recommend them -
I would say "mediocre" at best.
That is the honest truth-with the good, the bad and yes, the ugly too.

This review is a great resource for any apartment hunter. Although I have had positive experiences with staff and a well-tended unit, I have growing concerns about the neighborhood for the reasons cited above.
