After reading these reviews, I am shocked to see what the last two people have written!! Yes, the parking is not very good & you do have the typical noise from living in an apartment. The staff at the Springs at Palma Sola are nothing but a wonderful group of people. Jason, Jami, Julia, & Jim have showed me nothing but respect and have always been ready to help no matter what. The Springs at Palma Sola is very lucky to have such great people. The water plant, so what!!!!!!!!! And the tractors, and city trucks, I can't believe I am reading this crap...Please get a life and write about something important. Seriously, you can maybe smell it one a week if that, and half the time it isn't that bad. It's better than having criminals living near you! Overall, I loved the springs and the only reason I moved out is because I bought a house. I would definitely recommend the Springs at Palma Sola to everyone.
