I enjoy living here with my husband and 2 dogs. They've got a nice pool, a clubhouse with TV, laundry room and workout room. The pool has 2 grills available for anyone to use so you can have your pool parties and cook out. They also have a little car care area which includes free use of the hose and vaccume.

As for the apartment itself, it's got a small patio, a washer/dryer hook up closet IN the kitchen, closet space, plenty of big windows to allow lots of light into the place, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. It's comfy and cute. The only downfall is that often we can hear our downstairs neighbor's little girl SCREAMING at the top of her lungs to get her way. That can get a little annoying, but otherwise, we're pretty well sound insulated. Location is great, too! We've got LOTS of really good restaurants nearby, many of which deliver. Also, there are some fun shops close to here and the beaches are only about 13 minutes away.

Maintenance is usually pretty much on top of things. Just call the office, log into their website or pop in and let them know what needs to be done and in a day or two, they're there. I've never had to call them for an emergency repair so I don't know how quickly they could be there if they had to be.

Community activies include yard sales and poolside cinema, which means they set up a projector and screen out at the pool and show a pretty recent movie that residents get to vote on beforehand. They serve free hotdogs, hamburgers and sodas. It's a good chance for residents to get to meet each other and hang out.
